Interim Program Manager

The team you will join

To support a strategic replatforming effort initiated by our product organization, we are looking for a seasoned Interim Program Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the coordination between product managers, tech leads and leadership (CTO, CPO), while ensuring delivery excellence across teams and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Lead planning, structuring, and facilitation of the replatforming program

• Align across multiple product and tech teams, business units, and senior stakeholders

• Proactively manage risks, scope, and interdependencies

• Facilitate decision-making sessions, unblock teams, and monitor delivery progress

• Support prioritisation, scope negotiation, and timeline/resource management

• Ensure strategic alignment while staying on top of operational detail

Your expertise

You’re an experienced program manager who thrives in complex, international environments and understands how to bring clarity, structure, and calm to change-driven programs.

• 10+ years of experience in program management

• A strong interim track record in fast-paced, cross-functional initiatives

• A structured, forward-thinking mindset with flexibility to adapt when needed

• Excellent coordination skills across many moving parts and stakeholders

• The ability to zoom in and out, from high-level strategy to detailed execution

• Clear and empathetic communication, capable of navigating priorities with a soft-yet-decisive touch

• A questioning, curious mindset, seeking to understand before acting

• Sensitivity to context, able to read unspoken dynamics and not mistake silence for agreement

• Comfort working in international hybrid teams

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed

• Availability to work from our Amsterdam office at least 2 days/week

• Proven experience with agile software development and change management
