At iChoosr, you will join a team of 140 goal getters with a proactive approach, strong sense of ownership and strong interpersonal skills. Your colleagues work across the US, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Poland and Japan.

Do you love diving into the customer journey and creating smart email campaigns that truly make an impact? Do you know what it takes to do so? Do you enjoy thinking about all  the technical aspects of email marketing (list management, deliverability,...), rather than the content of the emails? Then we’re looking for you!

Job requirements

Your responsibilities

As the Marketing automation lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our email strategy. You’ll design and build campaigns that not only engage, but also contribute to our growth goals. You’ll ensure leads move smoothly through the funnel and ultimately become customers. And the best part? You’ll do this for all 5 countries where iChoosr operates, so you’ll have an international challenge right from the start.

  • Your mission? Drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty through strategic and data-driven email marketing campaigns

Your expertise

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.

  • Managing email subscriptions & preferences – Oversee opt-ins, opt-outs, preference centers, and suppression lists.

  • Segment & target audiences – Create and manage audience lists for personalized and relevant email campaigns.

  • CRM expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

  • A/B testing: Proven track record in setting up and analyzing A/B experiments to optimize campaigns.

  • Email marketing tools: Experience with email marketing tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).

  • Data-driven approach: Preference for making decisions based on hard data and measurable results.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to changing automation needs, technological advancements, and market trends.

  • Self-starter with a can-do mentality.

  • Great collaboration skills, working cross-functionally and across countries.

  • Fluency in English.
